Terms of Service

By using the website of SafeShift Packers and Movers (“SafeShift”) or booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

SafeShift provides packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and storage services for residential and commercial customers in Aurangabad and pan-India. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Quotations

All quotes provided via phone, WhatsApp, or the website enquiry form are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary after a physical survey of goods. We will inform you of any changes before confirming the booking.

3. Booking & Advance

A booking is confirmed only after payment of the agreed advance amount. SafeShift reserves the right to decline a booking without providing reasons.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled move date will receive a full advance refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a partial deduction for costs incurred. Cancellations on the day of the move are non-refundable.

5. Liability for Goods

SafeShift takes all reasonable precautions to protect your goods during transit. However, our liability is limited to proven damage caused directly by our handling. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to items
• Items packed by the customer without our supervision
• Damage arising from force majeure events (floods, accidents, riots, etc.)
• Electronic equipment internal defects triggered by transit

Transit insurance is available as an optional add-on and is recommended for high-value items.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure all items are disclosed before the move
• Ensure access to pick-up and delivery premises is available at the agreed time
• Remove valuable documents, cash, and jewellery personally — these will not be transported by SafeShift

7. Website Use

The content on this website is for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding availability, pricing accuracy, or completeness of information displayed.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra.
